Fashion X Electronics (FXE) is a multidisciplinary collective founded by Stanford PhD Candidate and music composer, Kimia Koochakzadeh-Yazdi and wearbale art designer Kayla Yazdi. Simply put, we wanted our worlds to collide, to see what happens when music and design converge. For each event we collaborate with a different team of creators to make it happen. Our goal is to build multi-sensory experiences for our community, and to bridge together a diverse range of disciplines. Our debut event called “Interweave” was hosted at The Kent Gallery in Vancouver, Canada.
